Renée Switkes

I believe all people should be able to live free from racism and not be blocked from paths to success.  As more stories are revealed, I am more disheartened by how far the human race has to go to embrace others who may be different from themselves, be it skin color, religion, sexual orientation, country of origin, or cultural traditions. The summer of 2020 led me to pour my feelings onto canvas out of a desperate plea for people not to be victimized based on their skin or place of origin.
