While passing through downtown Los Altos, this dahlia stopped me in my tracks. Its petals folded and unfurled like whispered directions, illuminated by the sun in shades of luminous green. I was captivated not only by its rare color but also by the symbolism dahlias carry—new beginnings. In that moment, it felt as though destiny itself was unfolding before me, one petal at a time.
